Advanced Picture 1

Open up the picture you want to use, i will be using this image:


Now duplicate your base layer. You should now have a layer that says copy of background above your background layer.

Next go to effects>blur>Gaussian blur and set your radius to 5.00

your image should be looking really blurry right now.

Go to effects>texture effects>weave. Match your settings to mine:


Now set your duplicated layer to overlay  at 100%

And you're done! Here's what i got:
