Now go to Layers > Duplicate.
On your duplicated layer go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Threshold. Set the radius to 128
Go to Effects > Blur > Guassian Blur. Set your radius to 5.00.
Set that layer to soft light.
Now take this texture, and click CTRL + C, go to your duplicated layer and click CTRL + L. The image should now have been pasted as a new layer. :
